CExpansion is limited by investment.
Expansion is limited by factory floor space.
Retrofitting existing equipment is time-consuming and expensive.
The G6 OLED factory is expanding its production capacity by adding new process equipment. However, the existing OHCV cannot reach the new equipment, and the total investment budget is limited.
The project is equipped with dozens of SINEVA W3000 robots, several R1000W robots, and dozens of R1000 roller robots. These robots interface with STK, OHCV, and production machines to achieve automatic loading and unloading. They also connect with roller lines of warehouse to enable automatic inbound and outbound operations.
The average monthly handling volume exceeds 60,000 movements, with a 20% increase in handling efficiency.
Connecting to equipment platforms for 4 different processes.
Reduced customer equipment idle time by 1%.
This eliminates the need for OHT/OHCV track laying and avoids any modifications to existing equipment or tracks.
Logistics debugging is performed without interrupting production or operation of the existing equipment.
