To secure a major customer order, a leading contract manufacturer in the 3C industry must increase production capacity and improve yield. However,manual operations are the primary constraint on capacity and the main cause of yield issues.

Solution

The project is equipped with dozens of SINEVA SIBOT11 composite robots, dozens of SINEVA S800 AMR, and roller robots. The composite robots are integrated with CNC machines for automatic loading and unloading. The roller robots are connected to conveyor belts for automatic material transfer, and AMR handle the transfer of shelves and pallets.
